How You've Been Sleeping

A gentle, community-based way to notice sleep problems early — and to help people take a first step or reach the right support.

Poor sleep is common, treatable, and often goes unspoken. Many people manage a rough patch alone, or assume nothing can be done — while some sleep problems have causes worth looking into. This is a low-threshold way for trusted community touch points to open a caring conversation, offer a small first step, and signpost onward when it's needed. It is not a screening or diagnostic tool.
